My Work Profile

1. Key member in area of conceptualization and development of the franchise program for Legend's Claypot Briyani House

2. Main project coordinator for the whole franchise project till submission to the ministry MDTCC, working closely with the appointed franchise consultant

3. Key member in the policy making of the franchise project for Legend's Claypot Briyani House, a key member in the process of identifying and creating the Franchise Agreement

4. Main person in the whole process write up for the project, write up of the project's handbook on Operations Manual, Training Manual for submission to the ministry 

5. Hands on approach during the development of write up of the operations manual and training manual for franchise project

6. Key personnel in leading the franchise project team in research and implementation of restaurant new concept

7. Key personnel in conceptualizing the restaurant operations, restaurant design and development of central kitchen

8. Key personnel in developing Malaysia's first quick food service concept for Indian restaurant

9. Creating functions and related forms for administration, purchasing, restaurant operations, kitchen, central kitchen and store

10. Key member developing corporate identity such as logo, a modern menu book, involved in the photography session and graphic concepts and restaurant ID development

11. Application of intellectual property registration for trademark

12. Involved in halal application process, identifying the ingredients, online application process and follow up with halal officers

13. Key member to represent the company to the ministry for franchise license submission, presentation on the franchise and all follow up until successful accomplishment of the franchise license from the ministry

14. Successfully completed and achieved franchise license from the Ministry in June 2010
15. Participated in programs organized by MFA - Malaysian International Franchise Expo 2010 at PWTC

16. Involved in branding exercise by appointing Maria Tunku Sabri to promote the restaurant in TV3 program Wanita Hari Ini show and process of promoting to Jalan-Jalan Cari Makan show
17. Involved in a successful campaign promoting Legend's brand by hosting advertisement on newspaper, radio stations and Astro

18. Implemented POS system and reporting system to monitor sales and profitability. Developed own reporting system using MS Excel to extract data to monitor profit by food item and etc. 

19. Involved in food costing, identifying methods to reduce food cost

20. To continuously monitor and implement policies and franchise concept. To continuously involved in restaurant operations improvement and innovation in the restaurant kitchen and main kitchen

21. Introduced strategies to reduce redundancy in manpower, food wastage, developed methods increase productivity, enhancing food delivery process from the kitchen to serving, improved short turnaround time in the kitchen and central kitchen on food production. Involved in developing pre-cook food concept

22. Conceptualized and implemented food delivery concept, Legend's Special Delivery, incorporated sms marketing tool and pamphlet distribution

23. Promoting franchise opportunities, involved in marketing activities by participating in Malaysian Franchise Expo, developed franchise folder, booklet and brochure, implementing a marketing database of potential investor and keep track of customers and leads
